How I got here.

I am 64 years of age. In 1992 I was struck by a drunk driver as a pedestrian. I have been through 61 surgical procedures and in the past 30 years, endured enough pain and misery to fill 10 lifetimes. 

Manipulation of facts by Guardian care Inc. Mrs. Georgia Callus, Melissa Samaan, Zachery Parsons, Monique Kurkowski offer a clear understanding of the exploitation of my and others shortcomings for financial gain. I cannot express enough my need to rectify this situation as it stands. Given the many aspects of the abuse I have suffered in so many different ways, I have no fear of the phrase.. "Burden of Proof" I never would have believed that these things happen, unfortunately I have ended up in the middle of an action such as this. Those less fortunate??

This situation is far to well planned out and complete to be a first time effort.. The systematic approach of all things as they have happened has definitely been played out before which is extremely concerning... Again, "If this has happened to me, what of those less fortunate?"

l, myself, have no problem seeing the possibilities surrounding this injustice. Based upon the financial merits collected by Lighthouse Neurological Rehabilitation Center, Sage Solutions, Mrs. Monique Kurkowski as well, Guardian Care Inc., there can only be one "Purpose" served, that being financial gain. 

None of their actions have been done out of the goodness of their hearts. As there has been absolutely no goodness related to this situation. Given my pain and suffering, emotional, mental and physical, throughout this ordeal, this idea can be eliminated immediately.

All this carried out by way of the manipulation of truths and facts to maximize my shortcomings, by insulting my intelligence, attacking my integrity, defiling my character, challenging my credibility and absolutely disregarding my knowledge to fulfill one purpose, one purpose alone. Minimize the actual person I have worked very hard to be. 

Exploitation for financial gain, billing for services unneeded. Which again begs to ask...."How much is 3 stolen years of my life worth?"  

The studying of the material I am including, one cannot fail to see that none of what has happened has been directed by me. "This is not my doing". 

I have been utilized as a means to provide an avenue for disgusting behaviors to reign exclusively for actions such as fraud, kidnapping, unlawful confinement, theft, physical injury, destruction of property, misuse of position, invasion of privacy, conduct unbecoming and the utilization of court proceedings for illegal practices, the list goes on...
